About Me


Back in April 2006 I realised my weight and life style had become a problem. I was drinking too much, eating the wrong food and doing little exercise. This was affecting my health, my confidence and even my relationships to some extent. With our 1st baby due in just a few short months something had to be done. I joined my local gym and although it was hard work, I got my fitness levels up and my weight down by 2 stone (12.8kg). Going to the gym has become my hobby as well as my vocation and I now I love to be up early to train before starting the day.

I have learned much since that day in April 2006 and now I'm ready to pass on this knowledge to you. I have fully qualified as a Fitness Instructor so that I know the science and the practical details needed to offer a fully personalised service. The areas I am expert in are:
